Regular glazed window units are secured by metal spacers. These metal spacers conduct heat and can drain up to 20% of your energy costs.
Armor Series windows feature a 100% non-metallic exclusive White S-Class AdvanceEdgeTM, which is engineered to reduce heat and cold transfer between the glazing panels. It is almost 950 times less conductive than aluminum spacers and is also 85 times less conductive than stainless steel. This same technology keeps inside air cooler in the summer.
The AdvanceEdge™ acrylic bond also reduces sound transfer by as much as 18%, which keeps noises outside.
